It evaluates the creative output and intellectual depth of prominent figures such as Bezbaroa (as a Vedantist), Pandit Hemchandra Goswami, Dandinath, Banikanta Kakati, Nalinibala Devi, Jyotiprasad Agarwala, Parvatiprasad Baruah, Pandit Tirthanath Sarma, Maheswar Neog (his textual criticism methodology), Hitesh Deka, Keshab Mahanta, Bhupen Hazarika (the literary and rhetorical wealth of his lyrics), Khagengiri Roychoudhury, Lakshminandan Bora, Hiren Bhattacharyya, Nirmalprabha Bordoloi, Nirode Choudhury, and Arun Sarma.
